Compliance with laws and procedures as an imperative

There are many laws which regulate business operations. All our employees and business partners have to be aware of these laws and comply with them in their everyday activities. Some of the most important laws are those regarding occupational health and safety, Labor law, Environment protection law, Fair competition law and Anti-corruption law, law on mobbing prevention and protection of intellectual property.

Compliance with our procedures

All our employees have to comply with our Code of ethical and business conduct which represents combination of all our procedures and policies. We expect the same high business standards from our suppliers and clients in order that we can ensure ethical and legal business.

We regularly train all the employees about the importance of this Code and its procedures in order that they are able to apply those principles in everyday activities and to educate the clients and supplier they are cooperating with about them.

There are different mechanisms at Bosis to report the Code violation. Grievances are submitted through Ethics and grievances centre. All reports of the Code violations are confidential, and persons who report it protected.

Apart from local laws and internal procedures Bosis in its business comply with international standards regarding ethical and sustainable business behavior. We respect 10 Global Principles of UN Global Compact which we signed and which are derived from the most important UN declarations regarding human rights, labor ethics and environment protection.
