Orientation

Orientation is provided for all new employees. During the orientation they are introduced to:
– Bosis’ business philosophy and history
– Workplace and expectations
– Conditions of employment
– Conduct and safety rules
– Colleagues
Orientation is one of the first trainings that new employees attend at Bosis in order to fit in more easily and quickly in the organizational culture and working environment.

Training

In Bosis, we are committed to the continuous development of our employees, who will provide quality and added value to their clients with their skills and knowledge. Therefore, in Bosis, we are developing training programs for both new employees and existing employees, which we implement internally with the help of our mentors or externally with partner consulting companies.

Performance and coaching

We believe that each of us needs support in order to fully develop our potential. Therefore, each manager monitors the work of his/her employees and through performance assessments and coaching they advise them on how to progress and evolve. Coaching in Bosis is a part of our culture and we are practicing it on a daily basis, formally and informally.
