The Integrated Management System department ensures high quality products through the application of existing and introduction of new standards, compliance with customer requirements and legal regulations.
Apart from ensuring quality, we are constantly working on the development of projects related to occupational health and safety, environmental protection and increased savings, thus representing one of the important pillars in the company’s corporate social responsibility.

In the technology we implement new and maintain existing systems and software that enable us to follow all technological trends and to align our business with the changes.

PREPRESS AND PRODUCTION DEVELOPMENT
Ready for production and market
In the prepress and production development, we constantly strive to provide the client with new and better structural solutions by listening to their needs and wishes and following trends. We offer our clients the opportunity to test how our packaging corresponds to their products before the production of final packaging by sample delivery.
In our department we are also engaged in graphic prepress and provision of resources necessary for printing and printing operations.

From white cardboard to glued box
We ensure that the customer’s idea is transformed to quality product. The teams in our 4 working groups are powerful links in a chain which ensures that the client receives desired product on time. It all starts with high-quality offset printing, then it continues to flute production and lamination, diecutting, gluing and finishing.

Reliable suppliers, purchasing, warehouse and deliveries
Our role is to provide Bosis required sustainable raw materials in timely manner and on competitive prices. We are working hard to make savings by finding new suppliers and more efficient materials. We take care of sustainability and ethics, and we set high standards in our supply chain. We take care that everything is adequately stored and transported to the right place at the right time.
