European alliance for apprenticeship

European alliance for apprenticeship (EAfA) is a unique platform which gathers government and economy representatives, social partners, chambers, educational institutions and youth representatives from Europe in order to improve quality, offer image and mobility of apprenticeships and at-work learning.

EAfA was established in 2013 by

  • European commission,
  • EU Council presidency and
  • social partners from EU countries.

It is an important part of the Skills agenda for Europe.

Bosis joined European Alliance for Apprenticeships in 2014.

OUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE INITIATIVE IS MADE THROUGH
THE STRATEGY FOR CONTRIBUTION
AND STRATEGY OF EMPLOYING THE YOUTH

Our focus are:

Decreasing the gap between the offer and need of knowledge and skills of the youth on the employment market
Facilitating the process of transition from school to job

Implementing the activities which contribute to increase of youth employment.
Networking with partners and educational institutions.

Bosis is a part of Nestle’s initiative
Alliance for YOUth

As a longtime Nestle’s supplier, Bosis joined the initiative: ALLiance for YOUth which aims at decreasing the rate of youth unemployment and is direct support to EAfA – European alliance for apprenticeships.

This is pan European movement which was established with the idea to help the youth to better prepare for the world of business and finding employment.

Bosis is active in this area and with Nestle and other participants jointly contributes to resolving this important issue in production.
