The Global compact and its principles are integral part of our strategy, organizational culture and day-to-day operation.

We contribute to finding solutions to important local and world matters while thinking about the future.

We contribute to economic growth by our operations, investments, employment and innovations. We aim to decrease negative and increase positive impact on the environment, to be responsible and attractive employer who respects human rights and provides positive work conditions, to strengthen our relationship with the community and make positive impact through our activities in our supply chain.

We promote the ideas of sustainability, ethics and responsibility among our employees, clients, partners and interested parties by making efforts to collaboratively contribute to sustainable growth.

We support 10 Principles of the UN Global compact and Millennium development goals

Human rights

  • Principle 1: Businesses should support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights;
  • Principle 2: Businesses have to make sure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses.

Anti-Corruption

  • Principle 10: Businesses should work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.

Labour standards

  • Principle 3: Businesses should uphold the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining
  • Principle 4: the elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labour
  • Principle 5: the effective abolition of child labour
  • Principle 6: the elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.

Environment

  • Principle 7: Businesses should support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges
  • Principle 8: Businesses should undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility
  • Principle 9: Businesses should encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies

The Global Compact is a framework for building socially responsible business and market. Operations, trade and investments are the main foundations of prosperity and peace and having this in mind companies commit to complay its activities with the ten universals principles from the following areas

UN Global Compact is the initiative with two main goals: Integrating the ten principles in the businesses worldwide and Carrying out the actions to support the UN goals, such as the Sustainability goals.

The Global Compact relies on public responsibility, transparency and educated goals of companies, unions and public to initiate and share primary actions with the goal of achieving the principles which are the foundation of the Global Compact.

It involves all relevant public factors : the Government, which defines the principles which the initiative relies on; Companies , which action aims to influence; Unions, where the actual process of global production is performed; Civil society organizations which represent larger community; and the UN, the only world political forum as authoritative connector and facilitator.
