Cardboard
In printing process we use cardboards from 160 g/m2 to 600 g/m2
Types of cardboard
- WLC – White lined cartonboard made of secondary fibres.
- GT1, GT2 – WLC made of secondary fibres with white reverse.
- GT4 – WLC made of secondary fibres with brown reverse.
- GD2, GD3 – WLC made of secondary fibres with grey reverse, high bulk 1.3 – 1.45 cm3/g.
- LIN – White top coated recycled liner.
- UD – Grey WLC made of secondary fibres.
- FBB – Folding box board made of chemical and mechanical pulp, virgin fibre cartonboard
- GC1 – virgin fibre cartonboard with white reverse
- GC2 – virgin fibre cartonboard with cream reverse
- SBS – Solid bleached board made of fully bleached chemical pulp
Packaging paper
We use packaging paper from 90 g/m2 to 170 g/m2
Types of packaging paper:
- Testliner brown (T) – packaging paper the interior layer of laminated packaging is made of.
- White Top Tesliner (WTT) – white packaging paper the interior layer of laminated packaging is made of.
- Kraft liner brown (K) – Brown packaging paper of greater stiffness used for making interior layer of laminated packaging with higher moisture resistance.
- White Top Kraftliner (WTK) – Packaging paper of greater stiffness with one white side, used for making interior layer of laminated packaging with higher moisture resistance.
- White Kraftliner (WK) – White packaging paper of greater stiffness used for making interior layer of laminated packaging with higher moisture resistance.
- Fluted (F) – Recycled packaging paper used for making the flute for laminated packaging
- Schrenz- Recycled paper with lower technical features used for making interior flat layer of laminated packaging.
