  • we give them the opportunity to connect theory and practice
  • we develop their skills necessary for employment
  • we provide them conditions for apprenticeship and gaining work experience
  • we connect them to professional and experts
  • we prepare them for apprenticeships and work through gaining understanding about organization, expectations, organizational culture.
OUR MISSION IS TO BE THE CHANGE DRIVER IN OUR COMMUNITY AND TO CONTRIBUTE TO RESOLVING THE PROBLEM OF THE YOUTH UNEMPLOYMENT AND TO ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO TAKE ACTIONS LED BY OUR EXAMPLE.
